Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of foreign experience in the use of tools at the national level for the implementation of projects (strategies) of spatial development; domestic and foreign methodological approaches to the selection of federal instruments for the implementation of spatial development projects, taking into account their industry and territorial characteristics; retrospective analysis of modern Russian practice of using federal tools for the implementation of spatial development projects, taking into account their industry and territorial characteristics. The scientific substantiation of the methodological approach to the selection of federal tools for the implementation of spatial development projects is presented.
