Abstract

In the present work, the practice of participation of Russian courts in identifying, recognizing and eliminating corruption-related factors in Russian regulatory legal acts, including their anti-corruption expertise, is analyzed. The possibilities of activating the participation of courts in reducing the corruption character of Russian legislation are considered. The proposals on legal and methodological support of the active participation of Russian courts in reducing the corruption character of Russian legislation have been developed.
