Abstract

The research «The Electricity Distribution Network Economic Modelling and Middle-term Scenario Planning in Russian Federation» emphasizes the main problems and the factors affecting to a quality of the electricity distribution network development planning. The electricity distribution network economic model was created. The Central federal district middle-term development scenarios were done on the basis of this economical model.
