The mechanisms of financing of innovative processes

Abstract

Transformation of the Russian economy from export-raw material to the innovation type of development conforms to the objective requirements to improve its competitiveness (including the financial sector of the economy) and proceeds from the substantial development objectives on the basis of scientific-technical progress, dramatically improve its efficiency and social orientation. However, this option requires a much more complex model of management of financial flows, both for the state and for private business, which is primarily connected with the significant investment and capital investments in high-tech socially important innovation projects.
