Development Of The Innovation Potential Of The Industry Based On The Use Of Intellectual Property

Abstract

Insufficient scientific elaboration of theoretical and practical aspects of initiating of creation of conditions for creative development and use of intellectual property, lack of motivation for the creation and capitalization of intellectual property rights hinder the development of innovative industries of Russia. The lack of science-based strategies, mechanisms and tools cost-effective use and management of intellectual property in the domestic industry limits the growth of intellectual potential of many enterprises and their output due to this, in the highly competitive markets. Insufficient development and use of intellectual property does not allow the enterprises to increase the level of knowledge-intensity of production, its competitiveness, increase the added value, reduce production costs, improve productivity, increase in overall efficiency of production and so on effective implementation of innovative developments in mass production, ensure the capitalization growth of innovative production, will permit to increase the investment attractiveness of the scientific and technical potential of Russia.
