Abstract

The objective of this work is discussion of modern conceptions of justice in general, and political justice in particular. The authors show that the formation of ideas of justice in the history of Russia went obeying the same laws that characterize the worldwide history of political and legal thought. That is why the study begins with an excursion into ancient history. This is all the more necessary because the history of Russia are trying to remove from the pan-European, even representatives of the historical school of law would agree with this and would be supported by the Russian Slavophiles and representatives of the Eurasian school in historiography.
