Methods of Assessing the Impact of Agricultural Policies on Agricultural Development

Abstract

This work proposes methods for assessing the impact of agricultural policy in general and some of its activities on the development of agriculture, evaluates the influence of the state program of agricultural development and regulation of agricultural markets by growth in gross agricultural output and efficiency of the agricultural organizations, considers the influence of agricultural policies on markets of major products, identifies opportunities assess the impact of agricultural policies on agriculture using econometric models (PEM-model, AGLINK-KOSIMO). Based on these studies, a system of measures to improve the agrarian policy of Russia.
