Motivation As The Tool For Attraction And Deduction Of The Personnel Of The Organization In Conditions Of Economic Instability

Abstract

In article modern approaches to motivation as to an inst-rument of attraction and deduction of the personnel of the organizations (enterprises) in the conditions of economic instability are described. Mo-tivation tools which are actual for the enterprises of the food industry of the Saratov area are considered, improvement of the methods of motivation existing at these enterprises is offered and new instruments of motivation for attraction and deduction of the personnel in the conditions of economic instability are recommended.
