Features of functioning of state establishments of the general education in the conditions of the budgetary reform

Abstract

In article features financial and economic the mechanism of functioning of state establishments of the general education are considered. On the basis of the analysis of an economic situation of the rural state organizations of the general education of the Saratov region, problems of their budgetary and off-budget financing are revealed. It is proved that the content of state establishments of education at the expense of means of the state (municipal) budget is economically justified as their activity is directed on realization of social guarantees of citizens.
