Evolución del Cuadro Tarifario de Aguas Argentinas: financiamiento de las expansiones en Buenos Aires

Abstract

El trabajo se ocupa del reciente cambio tarifario, que modificó la forma de financiar las expansiones, pasando de un Cargo de Infraestructura (abarcando red y conexión) a cargo de nuevos usuarios, a una capitación sobre usuarios ya conectados por el componente de red y un conjunto de pagos a cargo de nuevos conectados para financiar el componente conexión. El estudio analiza el proceso de determinación del nuevo esquema y sus consecuencias de eficiencia y equidad.
