Abstract

Through the characteristics and complexity of the activities where work force has a major role, the economy in general and the economies of different sector in particular, make a decisive contribution to the development of products, goods, services and works. Closely related to market demand, products, goods, services and work, directly reflects the ability of the productive potential of labor that, in its turn, is determined by the competences, knowledge, abilities and skills provided by education and training. Physical and intellectual skills are enhanced to a point of theoretical training and practical training completed afterwards. The processes contributing to it involve first a quantitative side, and secondly a qualitative side, closely related to technical, economic, social and environmental conditions in which they develop. The best use of resources used in these processes is conditioned by an effective management action, which should ensure high productivity and a competitive market appropriate organizations behavior.
