Abstract
In a globalized and increasingly competitive market, the organization of micro and small enterprises in network structures warrants the survival and competitiveness of companies and consequent development of the regions where they act. The “Empreender Project” has been a key factor for the recent develop the enterpreneurial network in Santa Catarina State, Brazil.
