Abstract

The spreading of information and communication technology combined with the rise of the global level of knowledge opens up the era of revolutions in relation to time and space as well as individual and collective competences. Labor organization and pyramidal management are then affected. Shouldn’t we imagine a new way of viewing labor organization? Definitions, questions and some practical experience within a company of social economy open the debate.
