Abstract

Corporate social responsibility of enterprises has been developed in large scale enterprises during the 1990s with H. Bowen's analysis on the responsibility of the manager. Since the 1990s, sustainable development has been the new objective to reach: economic efficiency, social ethic and environmental respect. What is the situation of craft enterprises on this subject? We try to develop an answer with a case study in Nord/Pas-de-Calais enterprises.
