Abstract

The dominance of a classic theory - to define and to know - distorted the representation of the reference economy, « capitalist », blemished the theoretical development of the socialism, the construction of the socialism, the conception and the practice of reforms. The economy of reference is not first characterized by capital nor market, but monetary creation, associated to a vast system implying realities that escape the classic knowledge. The dynamism achieved by the socialist experience is not explainable to main title by the quinquennial plans, but as first by the monetary creation, in a system that didn't have however better answered to sequences of this necessity. The socialist regimes (or ex) would succeed their transformation, under the condition to affirm a right economic knowledge, non classic. They would enter then as healthily in the democratic life with elective alternations that supposes leaders delivered from obsession that the population is baffled of their truth. The success of a correct reform of the socialist experiences would inversely oblige the « capitalism » to revolutionize itself. Because the dominant regime can manage to put its pains behind the darkness as long as the other tentatives of development remain under its shoulders.
