Abstract

Many managers of TPE and small companies state that they meet difficulties of recruitment, whereas the unemployment of the young people is high. This situation poses the double problem of the reciprocal hesitation of the companies to begin to employ young people and young people to be begun in these types of companies. This article aims at understanding the phenomenon of engagement by exploring the relation between the individual dimension of commitment and the possible obstacles (organization, human resources, leadership) with the process of engagement.
