Le fondement stratégique de démarrage de la petite entreprise (The strategic base of starting in the small compagny) Abstract : La phase de démarrage des petites entreprises requière une analyse spécifique parce que ces dernières sont nouvellement installées et donc fragiles. Cette recherche réalisée sur les petites entreprises en phase de démarrage nous conduit à analyser des facteurs clés de succès mais aussi les causes d’échec à éviter pendant cette phase délicate. Dès lors, on arrive à identifier les fonctions essentielles de l’entreprise nouvellement créées qui constituent le fondement stratégique du démarrage de la petite entreprise The launching phase of the small companies requires a specific analysis because these last are lately installed and thus fragile. This research carried out on the small companies in launching phase leads us to analyze key factors of success but also the causes of failure to be avoided during this delicate phase. Consequently, one manages to identify the essential functions of the company lately created which constitute the strategic base of the starting of the small company
