Abstract

Craftsmen and university researchers represent two completely separated worlds. Their origin is however comparable, the desire to understand and to control phenomenon, in other words the knowledge of the other and the capacity to transmit this knowledge in order to perform evolutions in the whole society. Why is there a so strong separation between craftsmen and university? A program has been launched to study this important issue. The first results are presented in this document.
