Abstract

Social responsability of the enterprise is an issue which concerns all the actors of an economy, developed or not. For a developing country - where proposals notably in terms of job creation are asked by the civil society and by all the economic operators - to take account of this doctrine in the creation of wealth is an inescapable stake. The author studies the social responsability of entreprise, taking account of his own experience as a starter of a new business in a specific social context.
