Abstract

In the context of ensuring the viability of the enterprise as economic system and management, in our opinion, has a special importance awareness by managers of the fact that the elements of the internal environment is a system, being necessary their correlation in such a way that they form a whole. So, to ensure its viability, the enterprise must function as a system integrity. Thus, one of the tasks of management is to diagnose systematically the state of health, stress organizational in the framework of the enterprise to receive at the time and to correctly interpret the signals of the degradation, making it possible to solve the difficulties that have arisen. We believe that the process of degradation and stress should be investigated in the dynamic, as one that represents the symbiosis of the analyzed factors, the negative influence of which may be different from the intensity and duration.
