Abstract

Polish Abstract: Prezentowana ekspertyza pn.: „Rodzaj wspieranych projektów w ramach RPOWP w kontekscie zachodzacych zmian gospodarczych" została zrealizowana na zamówienie Instytucji Zarzadzajacej Regionalnym Programem Operacyjnym Województwa Podlaskiego na lata 2007-2013. Wykonawca projektu było konsorcjum Białostockiej Fundacji Kształcenia Kadr oraz Uniwersytetu w Białymstoku Wydział Ekonomii i Zarzadzania. Prace nad przygotowaniem ekspertyzy rozpoczeto 20 kwietnia 2009 roku, a zakonczono 15 czerwca 2009 roku. Głównym celem projektu było udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie: jakiego rodzaju projekty nale1y promowac w ramach RPOWP, majac na uwadze mo1liwosc realizacji podobnych przedsiewziec w ramach innych programów oraz wskazanie typów projektów, które nale1y preferowac ze wzgledu na fakt, i1 moga byc wa1ne z punktu widzenia obecnych warunków rozwoju województwa i sytuacji w globalnej gospodarce. W ekspertyzie wykorzystano szereg technik badawczych, takich jak: analiza wtórnych zródeł informacji, analiza ekspercka, badania ankietowe, indywidualne wywiady pogłebione, zogniskowane wywiady grupowe, jak równieO panel ekspertów, które stały sie podstawa do przygotowania rekomendacji w zakresie udzielenia odpowiedzi na szczegółowe pytania badawcze, jakie sformułowano w odniesieniu do wybranych działan Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podlaskiego na lata 2007-2013. English Abstract: The presented expert report entitled: "Type of supported projects under RPOWP in the context of ongoing economic changes" was carried out at the request of the Managing Authority of the Regional Operational Program of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2007-2013.The contractor of the project was a consortium of the Bialystok Foundation for Personnel Education and the University of Bialystok Faculty of Economics and Work on preparing the expertise began on 20 April 2009 and ended on June 15, 2009. The main objective of the project was to answer the question: what types of projects should be promoted under RPOWP, bearing in mind the possibility of implementing similar projects under other programs and types of projects that should be preferred due to the fact that 1 may be important from the point of view of the current development conditions of the Voivodeship and the situation in the global economy The expert opinion uses a number of research techniques, such as: analysis of secondary information loops, expert analysis, surveys, individual depth interviews, focused group interviews, as well as a panel of experts that became the basis for preparing recommendations in the field of answering specific research questions, formulated in relation to selected activities of the Regional Operational Program of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for the years 2007-2013.
