[The application of the direct payments to firms]

Abstract

Regulation 1307-1308/2013 relating to "direct payments", to the first pillar of the PAC, and on the Common Market Organization (Ocm unique), acts individual products, market regulation, organization and qualification of the supplay. The second pillar is 1305/2013 (Rural policy development) while Regulation 1306, Horizontal Type such as financing, management and monitoring of the Pac and the 1310 contains transient provisions. Thus, the 1311 (multiannual financial framework) indicate how to finance all the policies of the EU, accompanied by 1303 on the Structural Funds (Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, European Fund for fishing).
