Abstract

The topic of development and change of technological patterns currently has a high relevance. This article discusses some methodological aspects of the influence of the dynamics of changing technological patterns on the course of socio-economic processes. At the same time, the dynamism of the next technological order corresponds to the mobility of the ratio of scarcity and redundancy of labor resources, which suggests the expediency of regulatory influence on these processes, including through selective immigration policy. This can be confirmed or refuted within the framework of an econometric approach that allows us to investigate the relationship between immigration processes and the dynamics of socio-economic processes.
