Abstract

През последните 20 години, поредица от стратегически документи, предвиждат изграждане на електронно здравно досие. По-късно се въвежда в употреба и понятието електронни здравни записи. През 2019 г. законодателно е уредена Националната здравноинформационна система. В основата на скептицизма за изграждането на пълно електронно здравно досие е липсата на нормативна уредба, въвеждаща ред при документиране на оказаната медицинска помощ, заплатена пряко от пациента, извън публичното финансиране на здравеопазването.
