Abstract

This article proposes to analyze, in the first part, the evolution of economic indicators of the craft sector, in terms of job creation, turnover, and added value. Then, this analysis will make it possible to study the characteristics and evolution of artisanal SMEs before examining the dynamics of mono-artisans and artisanal cooperatives. This research and the related analyzes focus on crafts with strong cultural content.
