Abstract

The textbook is designed primarily to prepare students from the University of Economics - Varna. It is consistent with the curriculum content of the discipline "Fundamentals of Public Law", approved and included in the training course in the specialty “Public Administration". Given the complex nature of the material, including various branches of public law, can be used to prepare of the students from the professional field “Management and administration ”and in other legal disciplines:“ Constitutional law ”,“ Criminal law ”,“ Local government and self-government ”, etc.
