Abstract

Резюме: В научното изследване се анализират условията и процедурата за актуване на държавни недвижими имоти. Разглеждат се производството за издаване на акт за държавен имот, правната природа на този акт, компетентните държавни органи, реда за съхранението на актовете за държавна собственост, както и деактуването на държавни недвижими имоти.
