Abstract

Much more time when we speak about the national strategy against the coronavirus most rapidely we evacuate the only consideration about the epidemiology to infer on the relaxation measures those adopt to permit the resilience of national economic system. How to understand that an economy who want to cut with the progression of the virus adopt measures such that the possibility of open place of drinking and eating at an hour more than 18h in the evening? In other words, how the current occidental nations in his strategy of re openness economy adopt measures of openness of place of eating and drinking close until now? These are the questions we are trying to answer, here. Globally speaking it’s appear that the jointly comprehension of the epidemiologic aspect and the economic mechanisms linked are suitable isuues to implement a national strategy against coronavirus.
