Abstract

Se propone que el Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA), usando al Banco Nación como agente, provea una herramienta financiera a los productores agrícolas en la cual les ofrezca una tasa de interés comprensibles en términos físicos y relativos al valor de la producción depositada, es decir, valuada a precio de mercado y en dólares con la contrapartida de ceder los derechos sobre el grano físico.
