Abstract

What matters ultimately is that the conomy grows, the standard of living rise and citizens have all opportunities to realize their potential. The purpose of regulations is to frame and develop the market to allow everyone to do the best for themselves. Rules and regulations are essential for a market to work efficiently. they ensure free entry, transparent and least-cost transactions, and information on available transactions to all.
