Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 ini merupakan ujian bagi berbagai pihak, dan bagi pengusaha, UKM dan praktisi start up jangan berputus asa dalam menghadapi ujian ini yang semoga segara berlalu dan dunia Kembali normal. Buku ini membedah business model canvas secara komprehensif dari mulai teori hingga praktik dan cara penerapannya sehingga diharapkan pembaca dapat segera beradaptasi dan mengubah keadaan pesimis menjadi optimis melalui buku ini. Analisis dimulai dengan mendeskripsikan visi dan misi perusahaan kemudian melakukan identifikasi 9 elemen business model canvas, lalu diberikan beberapa studi kasus penggunaaan Business Model Canvas mulai dari start-up efishery, Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat, Gojek hingga Business Model Canvas dari Usaha Kecil Menengah dalam merespon Pandemi Covid 19. Penulis menyadari bahwa buku ini masih jauh dari kesempurnaan. Oleh karena itu kritik dan saran yang membangun sangat dibutuhkan guna penyempurnaan buku ini. Akhir kata saya berharap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa berkenan membalas segala kebaikan semua pihak yang telah membantu. Semoga buku ini akan membawa manfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan.
