Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Penggaruh Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Desa Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Di Desa Tumbur Kecamatan Wertambrian Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kinerja aparatur pemerintah desa terhadap mutu pelayanan berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana dapat dijelaskan pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) dan df =1 ; 18 diperoleh nilai f tabel sebesar 3, 0873 sedangkan nilai f hitung = 3,991. Semestara t hitung = 2,730 sedangkan pada tingkat α = 0,05 dan df = 20 diperoleh nilai t tabel = 2,0860 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel dengan probabilitas 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan hal ini membuktikan bahawa variabel kinerja berpengaruh terhadap mutu pelayanan.
