Abstract

Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố nguồn lực đến sự phát triển du lịch MICE tại Đà Lạt thông qua việc xác định được các bên liên quan, qua việc khảo sát 350 nguồn lực (tức từ hướng cung). Phương pháp phân tích Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích EFA, CFA cùng với phân tích cấu trúc tuyến tính SEM được sử dụng với phương tiện SPSS và AMOS. Kết quả cho thấy, sự phát triển du lịch MICE chịu sự tác động của nguồn lực điểm đến MICE và nguồn lực điểm đến MICE chịu tác động bởi 3 thành phần: (1) nguồn lực nhà tổ chức; (2) nguồn lực du khách MICE; (3) nguồn lực nhà cung cấp. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số hàm ý quản trị cho các nhà quản lý định hướng phát triển du lịch MICE tốt hơn.
