Abstract

Artikel ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana menerapkan framework balanced scorecard di Rumah Sakit khususnya di bidang teknologi informasi. Bagaimana pencapaian strategi TI yang telah dirancang telah memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan dan bagaimana kesimpulan pencapaian global yang telah ditempuh, apakah telah selaras dengan target pencapaian yang telah ditetapkan. Dan jika tidak tercapai target, mengapa bisa terjadi demikian pasti terdapat penyebab yang dapat diuraikan melalui framework balanced scorecard
