Abstract

Keputusan menabung di Bank Syariah yang dilakukan oleh nasabah tentu berkaitan erat bagaimana perilaku konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk. Perilaku konsumen adalah kegiatan-kegiatan individu yang secar langsung terlibat dalam menggunakan barang dan jasa termasuk didalamnya pengambilan keputusan pada persiapan dan kegiatan tersebut. Konsumen dapat mengambil keputusan pembelian sekaligus sebagai perwujudan perilaku permintaannya melalui proses pengamatan dan seleksi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memberikan keputusan membeli, yaitu : 1.)Faktor Budaya, sub budaya, dan kelas sosial konsumen; 2.) Faktor Sosial yang terdiri dari kelompok acuan, keluarga, serta peran dan status; 3.)Faktor Pribadi yang terdiri dari : karakteristik usia dan tahap siklus hidup, pekerjaan,keadaan ekonomi, gaya hidup serta kepribadian dan konsep diri pembeli; 4.)Faktor Psikologis yaitu :motivasi, persepsi,pengetahuan,keyakinan dan pendirian Dengan adanya latar belakang tersebut disini kami akan maka penulis tertarik untuk membahas mengenai ” standard pelayanan yang ada dibank syariah”.
