“Service and Operations Management”: Literatur Review dengan Menggunakan Chat GPT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antar variabel yang mempengaruhi service management dan operations management, yang merupakan komponen penting bagi kinerja dan kesuksesan suatu bisnis, serta mengetahui metode penelitian yang sering digunakan pada penelitian dengan topik tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode meta-analisis, yaitu metode penelitian yang mengintegrasikan penemuan atau hasil penelitian dari beberapa artikel yang digunakan atau dijadikan acuan. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 10 artikel penelitian yang dijadikan acuan, yang berasal dari artikel penelitian oleh Andajani pada tahun 2021-2023, dan artikel penelitian oleh penulis lainnya yang membahas topik serupa. Dalam menggunakan metode ini, terdapat tools yang digunakan, yaitu Chat GPT, untuk mempermudah dalam mendapatkan insight dari suatu penelitian maupun pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan beberapa variabel, yang baik signifikan maupun tidak signifikan, mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, dan dalam penelitian-penelitian hubungan tersebut, metode yang banyak digunakan ialah kuantitatif, walaupun terdapat penelitian yang menggunakan metode lain, berupa kualitatif
