Abstract

Sebuah paradigma yang berprinsip “laissez faire-laissez passer” atau kurang lebih yang berarti “serahkan segala kegiatan ekonomi kepada pasar”(Chabib, 2019). Prinsip ekonomi “laissez faire-laissez passer) diperkenalkan oleh penggagasnya yang bernama Adam Smith (1729-1790). Dia berpendapat agar pemerintah sebagai pemegang kendali politik negara melakukan intervensi dan campur tangannya seminimal mungkin dalam perekonomian (Deliarnov, 2015).
