Abstract

The Indonesian capital market is a highly developed capital market in recent years. As the world of investment and finance develops in other countries, both the stock index and its economic indicators affect the Indonesian economy, and the country’s economy affects the welfare of its people. Can be seen from the human development index. The purpose of this study was to determine the Structural Model of the Influence of the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates, on Indonesia’s Economic Growth and People’s Welfare in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the Rupiah Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rates have a significant effect on Community Welfare. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it can be concluded that in order to improve people’s welfare, the rupiah exchange rate, inflation and interest rates must be controlled by the government so that investors’ investment in Indonesia increases, export products need to be increased to suppress imported products because they greatly affect economic growth. Directly impact on the Welfare of the Indonesian People.
