Abstract

Komunikasi pemasaran (marketing communication) adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu usaha atau bisnis. Karena dengan komunikasi pemasaran lah segala informasi mengenai produk tersampaikan kepada calon konsumen. Oleh karena itu diperlukan teknik komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat, agar pesan-pesan yang disampaikan bukan hanya bersifat informatif tapi juga dapat mempersuasi dan meyakinkan calon konsumen untuk membeli atau menggunakan produk kita. Pada bab ini penulis akan membahas tentang pengertian komunikasi pemasaran, 5 jenis bauran promosi sebagai kegiatan komunikasi pemasaran, elemen komunikasi pemasaran, fungsi komunikasi pemasaran, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen, dan lima tahapan pembelian.
