Abstract

Pengelolaan rantai pasok di sektor otomotif merupakan salah satu tugas yang paling kompleks karena melibatkan banyak mitra. Mengelola arus masuk menjadi lebih penting bagi produsen otomotif besar dengan ratusan pemasok yang menyediakan komponen sesuai dengan strategi tepat waktu. Makalah ini menyajikan perangkat pendukung keputusan untuk memantau dan mengelola gangguan dalam arus masuk sektor otomotif. Ketika terjadi peristiwa yang mengganggu, hal itu mempengaruhi perencanaan dermaga dan transportasi dari pabrikan. Untuk mengatasi perpindahan urutan konsekuen, beberapa solusi alternatif dapat diterapkan, dengan setiap alternatif menimbulkan biaya tambahan. Makalah ini mengusulkan strategi pengelolaan di mana model optimasi untuk rencana dermaga digunakan untuk menangani pesanan yang mengganggu dan untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif pada waktu dan biaya dalam jaringan pasokan.
