Abstract

Pelayanan diartikan sebagai kemudahan yang diberikan sehubungan dengan jual beli barang atau jasa, adapun Pelayanan karyawan adalah pekerjaan berupa melakukan sesuatu bagi pelanggan tetapi tidak menghasilkan barang. Pekerjaan-pekerjaan seperti itu meliputi jasa finansial, perbankan dan asuransi Pada dasarnya sistem pelayanan dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu dengan sistem pelayanan antrian dan system pelayanan online. 2.1.1 Pelayanan dengan sistem antrian Secara umum suatu antrian terjadi apabila jumlah nasabah yang datang melebihi tingkat pelayanan yang ada. Jika jumlah nasabah yang perlu dilayani lebih kecil dibandingkan waktu atau kecepatan pelayanan maka antrian tidak akan terbentuk. Demikian juga apabila nasabah yang datang itu konstan atau pada tingkat yang sama, maka tidak akan terbentuk suatu antrian. Komponen proses antrian pada dasarnya terdiri dari kedatangan, pelayanan dan antri.
