Abstract

Pengendalian internal dalam pembelian Prinsip-Prinsip Internal Control • Diadakan pemisahan fungsi untuk pihak2 : yg meminta pembelian, melakukan pembelian, menerima barang, menyimpan, mencatat terjadinya pembelian atau utang serta yg membayar utang. • Setiap pembelian harus berdasarkan permintaan pembelian dg harga yg bersaing serta kualitas yang optmal. • Barang2 hanya akan diterima apabila sesuai dengan spesifikasi dalam order pembelian • Faktur pembelian diperiksa kebenarannya sebelum disetujui untuk dibayar. • Distribusi debit dari barang barang atau jasa yang dibeli harus dilakukan dengan benar, sehingga laporannya dapat dipercaya.
