Abstract

Belajar merupakan salah satu ilmu yang paling lama berkembang, baik isi maupun perilakunya. Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berdampak besar terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berdampak besar terhadap perkembangan dunia pendidikan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Oleh karena itu, kualitas Pendidikan harus ditingkatkan. Sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam UUD 1945: agar pemerintah untuk mengusahakan dan menyelenggarakan satu system Pendidikan nasional yang meningkatkan keimanan dan ketakwaan serta akhlak mulia dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa yang diatur dalam undang-undang.
