Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang akan di pakai dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat pada Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia PT.654 Surabaya. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode survey, sedangkan jenis penelitiannya yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dengan data primer yang berupa interview terpola, dan juga observasi serta pengumpulan data sekunder. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Peningkatan kualitas pada Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia PT. 654 sangatlah berperah penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah calon tenaga kerja yang mendaftar. Terutama peningkatan fasilitas dalam pelatihan dan pelayanan karyawan pelatih atau pembimbing di tempat pelatihan. Karena dengan ditingkatkannya dua faktor tersebut para calon tenaga kerja akan merasa nyaman dan puas ketika berada di tempat pelatihan PT. 654. Sehingga ketika mereka merasa puas dan merasa di layani dengan baik nanti nya ketika mereka finish contract dari Luar Negeri mereka akan kembali lagi ke PT. 654, bahkan bisa juga karena mereka puas mereka akan merekomendasikan teman atau saudaranya untuk menggunakan jasa PT. 654. Untuk bekerja ke Luar Negeri.
