Abstract

Untuk dapat melihat pencapaian kinerja kepala ruangan dapat menerapkan Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat ukur berbasis strategis. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif menggunakan empat perspektif balanced scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan analisis pencapaian strategi kinerja kepala ruangan dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard untuk mengevaluasi strategi kinerja kepala ruangan di unit Instalasi Diagnostik & Intervensi Kardiovaskuler (IDIK) RSUD Dr.Soetomo Surabaya melalui 4 perspektif yaitu : Perspektif keuangan (finacial), Perspektif pelanggan (Costumer), Perspektif Proses Bisnis Internal (Internal Bisnis Process), dan perspektif Pembelajaran & Pertumbuhan (Learning & Growth), dari keempat perspektif tersebut saling mendukung untuk rencana strategi yang akan dilakukan oleh kepala ruangan dalam mencapai kinerja mengelola unit keperawatan yang dipimpinnya.Untuk mendukung keberhasilan didalam memimpin unit pelayanan perawatan yang profesional, aman dan bermutu tinggi, kepala ruangan diwajibkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dengan membuka wawasan yang lebih luas lagi dengan cara mengikuti pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, mengikuti training atau pelatihan-pelatihan baik dari dalam maupun dari luar negeri. Dengan SDM yang berkompeten dokter, perawat, dan tenaga kesehatan yang lainnya akan berdampak pada citra RSUD Dr.Soetomo Surabaya merupakan RS yang syarat dengan keilmuan , sarana dan prasarana dengan tehnologi tinggi, layanan yang bermutu tinggi , dan berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah pasien yang datang berkunjung, sebagai bukti kepuasan pasien sehingga meningkatkan pemasukan keuangan RS.
