Abstract

Idea assessment adalah kegiatan untuk memeriksa kebutuhan tertentu di pasar, mengembangkan solusi untuk suatu kebutuhan, dan menentukan kemampuan wirausahawan untuk berhasil mengubah ide menjadi bisnis. Wirausaha dapat menggunakan bantuan idea sketch pad sebagai alat untuk penilaian ide, papan ini berupa pertanyaan untuk menjawab lima parameter, yaitu : 1. Customers, wirausahawan mulai mencari sekelompok customers yang memiliki kebutuhan jelas yang belum tertangani. Wirausahawan menilai pelanggan dengan menjawab pertanyaan dasar tentang pengguna potensial produk atau jasa dan pembeli potensial jika mereka berbeda dari pengguna. 2. Offering, wirausahawan menjelaskan ide produk atau layanan yang akan ditawarkan kepada pelanggan. 3. Value proposition, penting juga bagi seorang wirausahawan untuk menjelaskan mengapa produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan itu penting bagi pelanggan. 4. Core competencies, wirausahawan juga harus menentukan apakah produk atau layanannya memiliki teknologi atau fitur unik yang membedakan dari para pesaing. 5. People, mengidentifikasi orang-orang penting dalam tim dan siapa yang akan launching bisnis tersebut.
