Abstract

Indonesia telah memasuki era industri 4.0 dimana teknologi, komunikasi dan informasi membuat peningkatan kualitas produk semakin baik dan juga lebih efisien, dimana persaingan dalam pasar global semakin ketat juga. Perusahaan dituntut untuk terus melakukan inovasi maka banyak perusahaan yang mengubah sumber daya manusia sebagai strategi dalam menghadapi perkembangan jaman didunia bisnis. Perusahaan harus melakukan inovasi terbaru dan juga melakukan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia nya agar tetap dapat bersaing di era global ini. Dengan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia nya maka perusahaan tetap bisa mempertahankan karyawan menjadi lebih kompeten dan juga memiliki jiwa kompetisi yang tinggi walaupun dunia bisnis telah berkembang pesat.
