Abstract

Pandemi telah mempengaruhi semua industri di Indonesia, termasuk logistik industri, khususnya organisasi pelabuhan. Operator pelabuhan kering harus meningkatkan organisasi mereka kelincahan untuk beradaptasi dan bertahan hidup selama pandemi. Beberapa faktor mempengaruhi organisasi untuk meningkatkan kelincahan organisasi, seperti persaingan produk, kemajuan teknologi, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Kekuatan kemajuan teknologi organisasi untuk mengadopsi praktik kelincahan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas perusahaan . Kelincahan ada dalam organisasi melalui manusia, inovasi, dan teknologi .
