Abstract

I. SEKILAS TENTANG APLIKASI Sistem Informasi Management SPBU Pertamina adalah aplikasi komputer yang dikembangkan khusus untuk bidang SPBU Pertamina, dimana layanan yg sudah diakomodasi oleh aplikasi ini al : pemesanan BBM, penerimaan BBM, Penjualan harian, stok BBM dan Non BBM, dll. Aplikasi ini sudah mendukung compositions integrasi aplikasi dari front sampai backend. Aplikasi ini di create berbasis work area dan berjalan di sistem operasi windows, sehingga dapat memudahkan client dalam penggunaannya, Aplikasi ini juga sudah di plan untuk ruang lingkup Local Area Network (LAN). Dalam aplikasi ini antara modul dan sub modul sudah terintegrasi, sehingga setiap pelaporan dan information transaksi dapat dilihat secara constant, tanpa harus menunggu compositions akhir hari (EOD), detail dari modul, sub modul dan report aplikasi terlampir Aplikasi ini mengadministrasi kegiatan operasional SPBU dari front sampai back-end antara lain: memanage information karyawan, pelanggan,pemesanan BBM, penerimaan BBM, penjualan harian BBM dan non BBM, stok BBM dan Non BBM, penyusutan, information hutang, information piutang, input jurnal, transaksi kas/bank, rugi/laba, neraca sampai ke laporan-laporan. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat membantu the executives SPBU dalam menjalankan bisnisnya dan juga berfungsi untuk observing dan dapat meningkatkan layanan SPBU.
