Abstract

Iklim pasar saat ini telah menjadi kompetitif, kompleks, dan tidak pasti , dengan peluang dinamis dan tantangan yang muncul, berkembang, atau menghilang . Dorongan inovasi, keahlian, dan keterampilan karyawan mencerminkan kekuatan perusahaan yang berupaya menerapkan pembangunan yang lebih berkelanjutan dan strategi bisnis, dimungkinkan oleh teknologi tinggi dan digitalisasi . NS rantai pasok adalah kegiatan yang mendorong kerjasama antara pemangku kepentingan dan aspek bisnis seperti persediaan, rapid respon, meminimalkan biaya operasi, dan meningkatkan profitabilitas . Volume tinggi dan layanan transportasi reguler mendukung konektivitas dan kerja sama yang baik dari pelabuhan kering.
